Final team numbers and full payments must be finalized at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will not receive a refund. If you arrive on the day of your visit with less team members than stated and we did not receive this notice period then we must still charge for the number of players on the booking. Additional members can be added any time as long as they don't exceed max capacity of the room.
