Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Seasonal rates and minimum night stays required dependent on time of the year. Please contact us with your dates for a quote. Rates include GST (15% NZ tax), all linens and WIFI. 25% deposit due to confirm booking.
Unexpected events can impact your travel plans; we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Cancellations that occur within 42 days of arrival will incur the total accommodation cost. Cancellations 43 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded 95% of the accommodation cost. Credit card fees are non-refundable. Changes or alterations to bookings can be made at least 43 days prior to arrival subject to availability.
