Infants and children cannot be carried on shoulders, in carriers, or pushed in personal prams on the Treewalk for safety reasons. All participants must walk the entire 700 metres unaided. However, special strollers are available for infants and children and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis for all Treewalk ticket holders and are thoroughly cleaned between uses.
Fast Pass tickets are valid for one entry (at the booked date and time) and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Featuring bespoke illuminations by renowned New Zealand designer David Trubridge, this design-led attraction offers an immersive and captivating night-time exploration. Due to its popularity, especially during peak times (summer, public/school holidays, and weekends), Fast Pass tickets are strongly recommended.
