As our classes are a very intimate size of 8 guests we are unable to offer refunds if you cannot attend. 30 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another date or to keep your funds in credit for another time. You are welcome to offer your place to a friend if you cannot attend. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Join chef Fiona in her rural cook's kitchen to prepare uncomplicated yet utterly delicious dishes inspired by the wild Kaikōura landscape, from ingredients you've harvested and foraged from her extensive gardens. The class begins with an introduction to the kitchen and the menu for the day, while enjoying a cup of locally roasted coffee, New Zealand tea and freshly baked goods. Then forage and harvest fresh ingredients from the Hapuku Kitchen gardens, returning to the kitchen to prepare the dishes. Relax and enjoy everything you've prepared, paired with locally made wine, beer or homemade non-alcoholics.
