Extra Children and Adults are $40 per person.
Full Credit Card details are required to secure all bookings. Use of facilities prior to check-in time of 2 pm or after check-out time of 10 am may incur additional charges. Credit Card details are held and will be charged for lost keys, wilful damage, nights the room is unavailable due to guest damage, theft, additional cleaning, smoking inside, inappropriate behaviour, breaching terms, cancellations within 7 days of the booking arrival, and no shows. Guests are not to host day visitors.
Cancellations within 7 days incur 100% payment. Full payment taken 7 days prior to arrival. We recommend you have your own Travel Insurance to cover cancellation for unforeseen situations such as adverse weather events.
Our holiday homes are the perfect base for exploring the gorgeous West Coast of New Zealand. Conveniently close to the new Great Walk, the Paparoa Track. We have two separate timber holiday homes on beautifully landscaped grounds. Both homes are positioned with stunning views of the Tasman Sea, where you can watch the sunset from your private deck. After a day of exploring, hiking or mountain biking, relax & soak your tired muscles in our cedar hot tub. The hot tub is in a separate all-weather bush hut, and positioned with a view to the sea. Take a walk in our beautiful landscaped grounds. Follow our tracks a around the property through regenerating native bush full of native birdlife, with an easy short walk to beautiful local beaches.
