Oasis Tokaanu is on State Highway 41, situated 4km from Turangi, 1km from Lake Taupo and the Tokaanu Marina. Tokaanu is central to world famous trout fishing (5 minutes from the Tongariro River) When you stay at Oasis you can also go hunting, tramping, trekking, mountaineering, canoeing/kayaking. Oasis is the closest accommodation in the Turangi area to Whakapapa ski field and the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, that provide 100% geothermal pools. Shuttle bus is available from our gate.
