Group Fares
We try to make pricing easy and transparent. Prices are based on the vehicle required. Simply choose an option depending on how many guests, your budget and how much space you require and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. You are paying for the vehicle, guidance, service, and the driver for up to 10 hours per day, for the duration of your tour. If less than half a day at the beginning or end of a tour, the price can be adjusted. Anything more than 5 hours will be charged at the daily rate.
We reserve the right to make changes to our itineraries or cancel any trip at any time prior to departure if something beyond the control of Great North Tours deems it necessary. If YOU cancel your booking more than 30 days before your tour you’ll be charged the 30% deposit. If you cancel your booking 1-30 days prior to departure, we reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee. In the event that WE cancel your tour, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate date or receive a refund.
