No refunds are provided in these circumstances. No caving experience is needed. You do need to be comfortable in the water, however swimming is not a necessity.

In the event, you have purchased a day tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, ExperienceKart may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: Up to 7 days prior to travel date; 100% of tour cost is refundable. 2 – 6 days prior to travel date; 50% of tour cost minus any fees charged by our tourism and hospitality partners is refundable. 24 hours or less; Your ticket is non-refundable.
