Additional Adults - $25 per night, Additonal Children - $15 per night. Your accommodation cost covers entry into the Reserve during your stay.

25% deposit required to secure booking. More than 14 days prior to commencement no charge. More than 24 hours prior to commencement 25% up to a maximum of $250. 24 hours or less prior to commencement 75% up to a maximum of $250. No show will result in no refund.
Choosing this unique stay-over option gives you the privilege of having the Reserve and the dawn and dusk choruses all to yourself. Enjoy bird-watching from the comfort of your living room or deck with a view out over the main pond. Self-contained, sleeping a maximum of 4 people with 2 single beds in a private room and a double sofa-bed in the living area. Linen and towels provided. Other facilities include a TV in the living area, access to WIFI on request, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric sandwich-press, electric hob and cookware. Shower room and a laundry with washer and dryer. Only a five minute drive from shops, bakery, takeaway, cafes/bars, outdoor summer pool, a stunning beach and river walks.
