All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST of 15%. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment by direct bank transfer in NZD can also be arranged. A deposit of 50% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm all boat expeditions and helicopter services. The balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival. For overnight expeditions, a minimum two-night charter applies between 20 December to 5 January.
If you cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee based on a percentage of the total price (including helicopter services): Cancellation notified more than 31 days prior to arrival: 20% (no cancellation charge) Cancellation notified 31 days or less prior to arrival:100% Festive Season Bookings (15 December to 10 January): Cancellation notified more than 60 days prior to arrival:20% (no cancellation charge) Cancellation notified 60 days or less prior to arrival:100%
