cleaning fees if room not left tidy
Accommodation includes a continental breakfast. any cooked meals are additional and TBA at the time of the request . catering can be arranged and large groups can be accommodated upon request with additional beds in a shared situation, in the summer months camping is allowed in the grounds.
Please be genuine in cancelling especially in the busy summer months, I don't have an issue with cancellations up to the day of the booking, however, if you can transfer dates it would be awesome.
A large house with 6 guest bedrooms all offering bush and valley views ideal for a quiet retreat from the big city life. The open lounge and dining area are comfortable and spacious, and the boardroom/dining is especially good for hosting large groups for meetings or dinner. the modern finishings and decor are of a high standard and are comfortable yet luxurious. Whether you want to relax and read a book or get together with friends and celebrate a milestone there are many options open to you. the recent addition of a 6-person Spa ads yet another relaxing element to your stay. The location is ideal for exploring the Coromandel with bush walks and notable trails all within easy access. Paeroa and Thames are just a short drive away.
