Transfers from hotel at extra $25 per person.
Payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If a tour is cancelled on the day due to unsafe weather conditions, then a full refund will be offered.
If a cancellation is made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled departure of the tour, with consultation of the Waimarino manager, a full refund will be made. A postponement to another day, will also not incur any charges. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure of the tour or If persons fail to arrive for scheduled departure of the tour, without notifying Waimarino before the stated departure. no refund will be offered.
