More than 7 days prior to arrival and no later than 7 days after booking - 10% cancellation fee will be incurred. Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged. In the event of a government lockdown or government-issued travel restrictions due to COVID19, all direct bookings will receive a credit for accommodation for the applicable cancellation fee.
Our three ensuite guest units immerse you in a spectacular view of the Richardson mountains and Lake Whakatipu from the sofa, bed, window seat or verandah. Each room has a projector, AppleTV, Netflix and Bluetooth sound system to create an in-room cinema. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and a gourmet breakfast is included, served in room or at the restaurant, where other meals can be ordered. There are a variety of activities nearby, but plenty of guests love lounging in the room with the stunning view, or soaking in the spa pool (shared between the units). Designed to an R7 architectural level, guests have ultimate temperature control and comfort, making these super cosy, even on a cold winter day.
