No Smoking Policy: All units are strictly "no smoking" and in fairness to future guests, if you need to smoke please do so outside the unit. There are ashtrays situated outside for your convenience. We reserve the right to charge up to $300 to restore the room to the same clean condition prior to use. This will be charged to the registered guest.
Our Cancellation Policy is waived if your booking is cancelled 48 hours before the date of reservation. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice then a cancellation fee may be charged to your Credit Card. The charge may be equivalent to one night's accommodation per unit.
Our units are spacious and all fully self-contained with heat pumps/aircon. Upstairs units enjoy morning sun, views of the surrounding hills and from the balcony get a glimpse of Lake Dunstan. Downstairs units bask in afternoon sun. The 2 one-bedroom units have plenty of space for family or friends staying together. Our cute, compact Cabana unit, although smaller than studios, is still fully self-contained and perfect for a short stay. 3 minutes walk to Old Cromwell and cafes by the lake. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, large LCD TV - the family units have 2 TVs, superking or queen beds. Our guests enjoy free WIFI. BBQ area to enjoy with family and friends.
