Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 administration fee per apartment. Cancellations made 14 days - 48hrs prior to arrival will incur one night's accommodation charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or a no-show, will incur full payment of the booking. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival due between December 25th and January 10th require full payment.
