Facilities available for guests’ use at The Peppertree include the lounge with complimentary port & sherry, swimming pool, petanque court and front lawn croquet, workout facility. If you enjoy golfing, Marlborough Fairhall Championship Golf Course is only few minutes drive away and free of charge to guests.
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies: 30 days prior - 30% of total cost of stay. 7 days prior - 100% for each room and night.
Heidi & Werner at The Peppertree offer discerning guests the highest standard in quality accommodation in a beautifully restored turn-of-the century villa. The timeless feel of this beautiful homestead flows through into each of the five guest suites, where the ambiance of an open fire prevails. The Peppertree also boasts an on-site boutique vineyard, an olive grove and an in-ground swimming pool. The Peppertree experience can be as full or as relaxing as visitors wish, from soaking up the Marlborough sun around the swimming pool, a game of pétanque or croquet; or an individual tour exploring the Blenheim and Marlborough wineries. Werner and Heidi are always happy to arrange guided tours with knowledgeable local guides.
