The villa boasts elegant living spaces, high ceilings, and an outdoor terrace perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying the lakefront views. The spacious kitchen is ideal for entertaining, whilst the cozy lounge features a fireplace and a glass-enclosed conservatory that adapts to the seasons. The main residence includes two king bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bunkroom and a self-contained one-bedroom apartment with its own entrance. After a day of exploring, unwind in the spa pool with breathtaking views, or venture to Central Queenstown, which is easily accessible via a water taxi that picks up from the villa's private jetty. Within a short drive, you can reach multiple golf courses and the Remarkables Ski area.
