Cancellation Policy angle-down

Cancellations and changes must be lodged by 4.00pm, 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival, with the exception of group bookings and reservations over special event periods. Changes are subject to the availability of rooms and the tariff may be subject to change. Cancellations and changes to group bookings must be lodged 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the group. Group bookings and bookings over special event periods may require that a non-refundable deposit be paid.

Located in the heart of New Zealand's Art Deco capital, Quest Napier offers a choice of Studio and One Bedroom apartment style accommodation. The original building dates back to 1919 and lovingly restored, the original section features high ceilings and matai flooring. The purpose built rear section and up to date furnishings in all apartments successfully marry the old and new flavour throughout the building.
