The Vineyard Explorer bus route and times may vary due to weather conditions. The timetable indicates the time the bus will depart from the bus stop. Vineyard opening and closing times may change on public holidays or for private event bookings.
Tickets for Fullers360 Experiences and Tours may be exchanged or refunded up to 48 hours prior to time of travel. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of travel time. Customers must travel on the time and date that has been booked with tickets displaying the correct time and date of travel.

When you are ready to return to Auckland, ride the Hop-On Hop-Off Explorer Bus back to Matiatia Ferry Terminal and catch a Fullers360 ferry back to the city.
