As there is a drop from the carpark to the concrete driveway without a barrier, all guests should take care in this area. As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls. Please note that the driveway and path to the house is steep. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

The view from the front deck is spectacular - you are in a private leafy enclosure looking out to breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and Cecil Peak. Outdoor furniture makes this an ideal spot to sit and relax or enjoy a meal against an idyllic backdrop. The upper level of this light and roomy Queenstown holiday home offers a master bedroom with one king bed and a second bedroom with one queen bed. On the ground level, the third bedroom has two single beds. The home has two large bathrooms (one on each level with one newly renovated in 2021) and also full laundry facilities. Two heating options are available.
