The minimum requirement for bookings is 24 hours before departure or arrival. Last minute bookings may be accepted only if a vehicle and driver is available. Please inform us as soon as possible either by phone or email if you need to change or cancel your booking If it is necessary to change the booked pick up or drop off location and number of passengers, rates may be subject to change and additional charges may apply.

If cancellation is made over 48 hours prior, the prepaid amount is refundable, less an administration charge of 10% plus card fees if applicable. If cancellation is made within 48 hours and up to 24 hours notice 50% of the prepaid amount is refundable If cancellation is less than 24 hours notice then the full-prepaid amount is chargeable.
