Up to 30 days full refund, up to 14 days deposit non-refundable, inside 14 days full rate payable. Where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will result in full payment unless the facility is re-booked.
