Refunds on all bookings are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with 14 days notice and the accommodation can be re-let. Cancellations within 14 days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the accommodation paid. Group cancellations may have special conditions. There are no refunds between 20th December - 20th January
Our self contained motels are set in 7 acres of peaceful parkland near Lake Rotorua and just 8 minutes from town.
We have one bedroom motel units ideal for couples, business travellers and small families. Situated close to the pool and barbecue area, these motel style units have modern kitchens, spacious bathrooms, heat pump / air conditioning, wireless internet and Sky TV. Full linen is supplied and extra towels for the pool. Larger self contained family units close to the children’s play area also available – 2 bedroom sleep 6-7 / one wheelchair friendly unit.
Free car storage and free airport transfers for our guests using Rotorua Airport. Close to one of Lake Rotorua’s boat ramps for fishing and water sports and Hannah’s Bay reserve.
