Scenic Hotel Bay of Islands

Up to two children stay for free provided they are 12 years of age or under, and are using existing bedding in the room. Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered group bookings and are subject to our group booking policy: Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked. Full payment will be taken 30-days prior to arrival.

You must cancel your reservation no less than 24 hours prior to 2pm on the day on which you are due to arrive to avoid a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the first night’s accommodation or package rate for each room booked. A cancellation charge may be imposed if you cancel all or part of your reservation at the hotel or if you fail to arrive or notify us prior to the cancellation period.
