The boutique nature of our business means cancellations affect us greatly leaving little opportunity to replace lost or cancelled bookings. As such we have a strict cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee, Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival 100% of payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
Bed and Breakfast or exclusive use. The choice is yours in a picturesque rural setting only 5 minutes from Blenheim. Stay in one of three contemporary suites overlooking gardens, vineyards, and mountains and enjoy a leisurely country breakfast each morning. Alternatively, the homestead is available for exclusive stays for up to 8 guests. Breakfast provisions are provided – we supply, you create or, request our private chef to cook for you. Set on 4 acres of parkland the homestead is a perfect base to explore the region in an idyllic setting where guests can exhale from the noise of the world.
