Children aged 5 to 11 must be accompanied by a paying adult. We do not allow children under 5 years old down to the pools at any point or children under 11 after 5pm. Payment is taken at the time of booking. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Guests who cancel their booking within 24 hours of the appointed booking time, or if guests fail to arrive for their booking, they will be charged 100% of the price of the booking.
