In New Zealand if you have COVID you are currently required to isolate for 7 days. Hahei B&B is not set up for isolation and therefore will not be able to accomodate you if you have COVID. Please advise us if you have COVID before you come and we will provide you a full refund. We are committed to the safety of our team & guests so that all may enjoy their stay with us.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter up to the arrival date/time 50% of the total value of the booking may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if we are not notified of cancellation prior to the arrival date/time.
