Weight restrictions apply: Minimum weight 20kg, maximum weight 105kg. Maximum passenger weight is made up by body weight plus clothing and shoes on the day. Email us if close to the limit. You must have no medical condition that could be affected by gliding. If you suffer from motion sickness, let your pilot know. Taking motion sickness pills should be considered to make your experience more enjoyable. Glide Queenstown reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or reorganise trips.
If the trip has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, there are no cancellation fees. Also a full refund if cancelling more than 48 hours before departure. However, if you cancel your trip between 48 and 24 hours of departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure, or over the weight limit, no refund. No refund if you are not turning up for the departure time of the trip. A change of booking fee of NZ$50 per person applies subject to availability.
