Skyline Gondola ticket is additional
Minimum weight limit of 20kg (44lbs) on Kereru tour and 30kg (66lbs) on Kea Tour. Maximum weight limit of 125kg (275lbs) to participate in a Ziptrek Ecotour. Gondola ticket not included in tour price. Compulsory closed toe shoes on all tours. Pregnant ladies are not able to participate in a Ziptrek Ecotour.
Free change/cancellation up to 24 hours before tour departure time. Tour cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure time will be charged at the full rate. No shows will also be charged at the full rate. Ziptrek Ecotours operate in almost all weather conditions. Ziptrek Ecotours reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. In these events, full refunds will be made or alternative dates offered.

Choose from the Moa 4-Line Tour (2 hours) which is family-friendly and great for groups, the adrenalin pumping Kea 6-Line Tour (3 hours) which takes you down a steep decline at speeds of up to 70km per hour or the Kereru 2-Line + Drop (1 hour) which is a whole new way to experience Queenstown, if you’re seeking a heightened thrill level and includes a swooping 21m drop.
Ziptrek is a guided adventure (2 tour guides) and runs all year round, whatever the weather. Suitable for all ages 6+.
