Minimum 2 night stay (depending on the season) Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Person booking the property must be staying at the property (excludes Travel agents) Not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking. No pets allowed. House to be left tidy. Please do not use outside areas after 10pm and before 7am. Parking in garage for 1 vehicle only. Any other vehicles must park on the road. The driveway is shared with the other apartments please do not block it.

We will refund: 100% of funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival date. No refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. *Excluding Credit card fees we have been charged.
