A great family outing in Rotorua. Catch our boat over to Hot Water Beach (not to be confused by the Coromandel one) to experience true lake-edge geothermal. The ride across beautiful bush clad Lake Tarawera is an experience in itself, with the sacred mountain Mount Tarawera rising up in the background. Picnic, swim and even get the kids to try cooking in the geothermal waters. This is a Department of Conservation campsite so you can even choose to camp the night. Like to include a 1.25h bush walk to a stunning Natural bush hot pool? If you do, we will arrange to pick you up from that point for your return home. There is lots of activity over the summer period. Enjoy this, or choose off season to bath in a hot pool with no one else around.
