Split beds
All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival. All prices are displayed in NZD and are inclusive of tax. A service fee of 2.9% will incur to your credit/debit card. Credit card details which are entered into our system are securely encrypted and all payments are made through a certified PCI payment gateway.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the deposit paid. Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival date: Refund deposit less $25 admin fee. We are happy for you to use your 50% and rebook for a future date within 12 months with no penalty. Please note there are no refunds for early departures.
