We have spacious self-contained accommodation with resort-style facilities only 1-minute walk from Paihia beach in the stunning Bay of Islands. Our rooms range from studio units to 2-bedroom apartments and can sleep from 1-8 persons.
In 2011 we completely remodelled our grounds to include a brand new pool, spa and undercover BBQ area, perfect for relaxing during your stay. Our rooms come in 2 standards, standard for travellers on a budget, or superior for our fully-refurbished superior accommodation.

We offer free WIFI and TVs with Sky 50 plus channels in every rooms. With 19 rooms and plenty of off-street parking, Averill Court Motel is also ideal for groups of around 70 people travelling together.
