Wānaka Mountain Guides is locally owned and operated by certified New Zealand mountain and ski guides and offers personalised mountain guiding services throughout the Southern Alps. We utilise a small team of local, established guides with an extensive knowledge of playing and working in the New Zealand mountains as well as overseas. Our home is the Southern Lakes which includes the towns of Wānaka and Hāwea and their neighbouring lakes. The region is surrounded by mountains and is a hub for all outdoor activities including rock climbing, trekking, mountain biking and skiing is the gateway to the valleys and peaks of Mount Aspiring National Park.
