There is a $50NZD administration fee on cancellations of our picnic & winery horse tours. A refund of monies paid, less the administration fee is available on the following basis: If notice is received: 60-30 days prior to trek departure – 70% refund 30-10 days prior to trek departure – 50% refund Within 10 days of departure – no refund
