Strict Policy: Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive (less traveller booking fee): a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in. a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
There are two super comfy beds, a Super King and a Queen bed. The kitchen is well appointed for a compact Villa. It has 2 elements, oven, and microwave, along with a fridge /freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom is nicely equipped and has a shower.
Relax on the deck, open your bottle of Waiheke wine and kick back and enjoy the view. This is a great little Villa, perfect for that weekend getaway or longer stay. It is conveniently located close to the free car parking area, and the bus stop is only 100 metres from the drive. Beautiful Palm Beach is an 800-metre stroll away.
