If we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation the following will apply:- 50% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be made within 7 days, there will be a 100% surcharge for the room nights cancelled. We strongly advise guests to have travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
Our property consists of 6 rooms, all with their own ensuite. All rooms are furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings and fittings. The house is uniquely made with Larch logs on the lower floor, with the lounge and dining areas having double height ceilings with exposed timber. Lower floor rooms open out to the garden area some with sea views, all upper level rooms have extensive sea views.
Very close to several restaurants and cafes and excellent swimming beach (5 minute drive) Our room rate includes a substantial continental breakfast, often made from local produce. Sisters Lynda & Joanne, two of the hosts, descend from the pioneer Medland family and are more than happy to share their family history and local knowledge.
