Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Provisioning of continental and cooked breakfast ingredients and daily housekeeping. Additional services are available to supplement your stay at an additional cost.
All cancellations must be in writing by email. If the booking is cancelled twenty eight days prior to commencement of stay the Deposit is forfeited. At anytime between twenty eight days and fourteen days prior to commencement of stay the Deposit is forfeited and an amount being equal to 50% of the Tariff less the deposit is immediately due and payable; at any other time an amount equal to the Tariff, less the deposit.
