If visitor/agent cancels their bookings the following cancellation fees apply. Booking and alteration fees are not refundable. These fees are not negotiable. Cancellation incur fees from 0% to % 100 based on notice given from 10 days to 1 day notice. Booking refunds will only be made to the person/ agent who made the original booking. Refunds will be made back to the payment type used to pay for the booking.

We call this whanaungatanga (sharing the love). We will make you part of our family. Te Ahi Kaa Whare hangi dinner & show now open for our summer season - Learn about our heritage treasures. Guided Walks by booking. Take a walk to this iconic Aotearoa New Zealand location with our local Maori guide Snow who grew up in this area. He will share stories and information with you. From a karakia (prayer/chant) to explaining the name Huka or a local legend of first discovery. Snow is one of the few locals who can tell you the real stories.
