At Taumarunui Canoe Hire we dedicate ourselves to giving you a personal, friendly and quality service. We love what we do and it shows, if there is anything you need to help your journey be even more enjoyable don't hesitate to ask.
Hire a canoe or kayak and tour the river with 2 or more people. A Whanganui River canoe trip is perfect for people of all ages and all experience levels. The views are magnificent and the experience is one not to be missed.
There is free camping beside the river at our base before and after your journey with us.
Trips can range from 3 hrs to 1,2,3,4 or the most popular five day expedition which is from Taumarunui to Pipiriki stopping at overnight campsites.
