In case conditions are unsuitable for the outdoor experience, guests will be offered the option to book a tour at a later date (subject to availability) or receive a refund for the experience. Refunds for tours cut short due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are available up until the halfway point of the tour. A full refund will be issued for tours canceled due to weather before the tour commences.

All Stargazing tours start with a scenic gondola ride, accessed from the heart of Queenstown.
