Pricing is per hour, rates are capped to not exceed $139 per day (lower amounts for multi day).
Vehicle hire must start and end at the same location Vehicles must return with charge levels as communicated on the app before a hire can be ended
Cancellation Cancel 24 hours or more - no charge Cancel under 24 hours - $10 cancellation fee Delayed Return Late Return up to 30 minutes - No additional charge Late Return 31 minutes or more - $10 late fee plus cost of actual time hired.
The RYD Visitor Vehicle Network is currently only available in Queenstown with vehicles in convenient locations across the Queenstown Region. Keep an eye out on our Website as we grow our network. Our Fleet of Vehicles are all Electric making RYD one of the only transport network that operate with a zero carbon output from travel - so if you are an EV advocate or just curious to test ride an EV this is a great mode of transport for you to use.
How to Get Started :
1) Downloading the app
2) Book a vehicle
3) Contactless access (unlock with your phone, no keys required)
4) Drive & return (return vehicle to the designated parking location)
Pricing includes allocated parking, public charging and vehicle insurance (no hidden extras).
