a. If a booking is cancelled within 3 days of your departure date, no refund will be offered. A credit, valid for 1 month, may be considered at the discretion of management. b. All other cancellations will incur a $50.00 cancellation surcharge. c. For Sherpa Shuttle cancellations within 72hrs of departure, no refund or credit can be offered.

Our Queenstown base has a fleet of superb Specialized cycles with comfortable seats, disc brakes, front suspension and a complimentary small pannier. We have bikes for all styles and sizes, e-bikes, Mountain Bikes, Comfort Bikes and bikes for kids.
We also offer a range of packages and transport options, from self-guided one-day rides to fully supported multi-day rides. Our Sherpa Shuttle provides full shuttle services for you, your bike and your luggage.
We can drop you off, pick you up, and help you along the way.
