Outside of 48 hours before departure: Booking dates can be reissued or changed to a different date or time at no extra cost, subject to availability. Bookings can be refunded less a $10 (per transaction) penalty if booked through our Real Time Booking System. This will be refunded back onto the card payment was made with. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to clear. Any booking paid by a New Zealand bank account can be fully refunded less a $10 (per transaction) penalty.
If you are the more discerning wine lover, or would simply prefer the flexibility of a private tour, then together we can customise your Central Otago wine experience. Join one of our senior wine guides on a wine tasting journey to some of New Zealand’s most memorable vineyards, at your own pace. We can easily combine activities, lunch and vineyard visits on private tours. We know our region well and can include visits to any sub-region, but typically we visit Gibbston, Bannockburn, Cromwell and Bendigo. Please enquire with any details of your dream tour and let us do the rest.
