Pricing based on a per person rate of $1,725 in a Squirrel Helicopter on a Shared With Others Basis (Private Option Available at $6,900). With our Share With Others flights the schedule requires some flexibility with minimum number requirements on the day. We also offer this experience in our B4 Eurocopter on a Private Only basis for $8,400.
Within 24 hours of tour date - 25% refund. Within 7 Days prior to tour date - 50% refund. 8 Days or more prior to tour date - 100% refund. Flights are weather dependent and subject to the pilots discretion. In the event of cancellation due to weather, we endeavor to work with other tourism activity providers to swap dates or arrange an alternative trip. If all this fails there will be a 100% refund at point of sale.
Over The Top’s Milford Highlights excursion combines all the aspects of Milford Sound, the West Coast and the surrounding Southern Alps glacier areas. You will lift off from Queenstown and fly high over the snow-capped Southern Alps to the stunningly beautiful Milford Sound. Where the Sound reaches the Tasman Sea, you will head north and land on a remote West Coast beach, allowing you time to take a stroll and spot some of the nearby seal colonies. From the beach, the helicopter turns inland to the glacier areas where again you will land, allowing you time to explore and take more photographs. The flight back to Queenstown from the glaciers will then take you high above the alpine lakes and rivers & finally over Lake Wakatipu back to base.
