For 3 persons or family of 4 occupancy the rates are from $216 - $340/night.
Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by adults and in a family situation. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 25% or one night’s charge (whichever is the greater) due within 48 hours of booking being accepted. Balance: 75% due 14 days before stay commences or by prior arrangement. Payment of deposit: Once we accept your booking, a deposit must be paid and received by us within 48 hours in order to secure your booking. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit.
Should we cancel a booking of yours due non or late payment of a deposit then any deposit subsequently received by us from you will be refunded in full.
We offer a 2 bedroom, Boutique suite (comprising 1 Queen and 1 Single) adjoining the fabulous 3km Orewa Beach, with your own separate level entry through a private and secure garden courtyard. Off-street parking for your vehicle is immediately in front of the house and is security lit. NB: You will be the only guests over your booking period. We will guide you through a very memorable holiday experience here at ‘Orewa Beachside’. There are many excellent restaurants within a short walk down the beach but for those of you that do wish to self cater (light catering), along with the kitchen facilities there is a barbecue available on the upstairs deck for your use by arrangement. There is also a laundry/ironing facility for your use.
