Inclusions: Return small group transport from Auckland, refreshments in the vehicle, return transfers from accommodation to ski fields or Tongariro Crossing start/ end points. Terms: Tours will only run if at least 4 people have booked on the tour. Cheeky Kiwi Travel reserves the right to alter the tour due to weather or operational needs.
Within 48 hours prior to travel – 100% cancellation fee. An amendment fee of NZ$20 per booking will be charged for any bookings changed 7 days prior to travel. Within 7 days fees will be charged in accordance with the policies of other suppliers.
Highlights: Fully guided return transport to Tongariro National Park, transfer to both ski fields (Whakapapa & Turoa) or Tongariro Crossing pickup/drop-off points and ski passes and equipment at a discounted price. This three day tour gives you plenty of time to discover both Whakapapa and Turoa skifields, or choose to walk the 8 hour Tongariro Alpine Crossing is a challenging journey across a remarkable volcanic landscape. At Whakapapa you can ski, snowboard, get some lessons, toboggan or just enjoy the mountain from one of the cafes. At Turoa enjoy snowboarding, skiing or just playing in the snow. Pick up and drop off to areas throughout Auckland - Albany, Takapuna, Central City and Manukau.
