Using the traditional Blacksmith tool kit of forge, hammer and anvil we first forge and shape the blade. Once forged, a little tidying up with the file or grinder can be done prior to heat treating and attaching your handle.

There is nothing quite like a knife you have made your self, whether for outdoor use or in the kitchen. During the day you will forge a blade as it has been done through the ages, with step by step instruction and feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment at the conclusion of your day.

We offer a full day activity from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm Booking is essential. We include lunch, a selection of gourmet pizzas.
