cleaning and service fees
Kimberley Two will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2 hours will be included in your booking. Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.
This apartment looks out to mature trees & gardens, with brief glimpses of sea-blue visible through the foliage. The apartment is comfortable, affordable & well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, full kitchen, separate laundry, TV with Chromecast, ultra-fast WIFI & everything else you'll need to enjoy your time here or recuperate after an exciting day out & about Nelson or the wider region.
