In conformity with business practices within the New Zealandic travel industry, we at Hop on Hop off Wine Tours or a Travel Agent is obliged to charge cancellation fees to passenger(s) as follows: Cancellation received more than 14 days prior to departure are fully refunded. If the ticket is unable to be refunded you have up to 2 years of the tour date to use.
